Trade Professionals & Authorized Dealers

Trade professionalsContractors, installers, designers, architects and builders. Trade accounts are serviced through our authorized dealer network where one is available in your area; if there is no dealer near you, we work with you directly.
Dealers & retailersTile showrooms, flooring stores, kitchen and bath showrooms, building material yards and pool supply stores. Have your signed resale certificate ready to upload, plus showroom photos if you have a showroom.
Before you start, have these ready
  • Dealers and retailers: a signed resale certificate (California form CDTFA-230, or your state’s resale certificate).
  • Showrooms: photos of the outside and inside of your showroom.
  • Trade professionals: your business license, resale certificate or professional credential.
  • Names, titles and emails of the people we should know at your business.
Next steps: dealers who would like open account terms receive a short credit application after approval; trade professionals approved for a direct partner account receive a short account setup form.

Step 1: Verify your email

The first step in the application process is verifying your email address. We will email you a 6-digit code. Use the email address you want on the account; it becomes your login contact with Pera Tile.
